I wish the website would allow me to give 6 stars for customer service. It was above and beyond it truly wowed me. There was a crack in one earring on my first pair so I reached out to customer service to exchange the earrings. I was served right away, the problem was resolved to my satisfaction and I received another pair within two weeks right by the New Years. Can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. My earrings are gorgeous in every way. They were packaged impeccably in a velvet gift box. It's pleasant to hold the box in your hands, open it, and put the earrings on. I will start saving for the same style pendant now.
